BOOKING A SHOW
All shows may be booked online, by telephone, by post or in person at our Box Office’
|Web: On line booking is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Select ‘Book Now’ by the show of your choice or click here to see what’s on. On line bookings for the Maddermarket Theatre are managed by Ticketsource Ltd.|
|Phone: You may book over the phone by calling 01603 620917 between 10am and 5pm. You may pay by debit or credit card (exc American Express) for which £1 administration charge will be added to your total booking (£1 maximum). Please note our lines are very busy and manned by volunteers so if you do not get through the first time do keep trying.
|Post: Call 01603 620917 to check availability for the show you wish to see and advise us that you would like to pay by post. We will confirm your selection and hold that for 3 days. Please send details of your name, address and your daytime contact number. Include the name and date / time of the show you require and a cheque or postal order for the tickets payable to Maddermarket Theatre. Please do not send credit card details or cash.
|In Person: The Theatre Box Office is open 10am to 5pm (Monday to Friday) and 10am – 1pm (Saturday). On show days it remains open until 6.30pm after which only tickets for that evenings show can be dealt with. You can pay by cash, cheque or debit or credit card (exc American Express).|
A £1 administration charge will be added to your total booking (£1 maximum) if payment is made by a debit or credit card.
TERMS and CONDITIONS
Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged except in the case of a cancelled performance.
Latecomers may not be permitted entry or may be requested to wait until a suitable break in the performance. The unauthorised use of camera, video or other recording equipment and the use of mobile phones, for calls or texting, is strictly forbidden. On rare occasions it may be necessary to amend or make alteration to the published detail of an event under which circumstances the Theatre is not obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
Only in the event of a show being sold out may the Theatre offer tickets for resale on your behalf.
The Management reserve the right to refuse admission or to eject any ticket holder should their behaviour be considered to be unacceptable. In the unlikely event of experiencing a problem during your visit to the Maddermarket please bring it to the attention of the House Manager immediately as refunds or exchanges may not be offered retrospectively.
